Three fields to choose from

Pick the one your team wants to work in. You choose the track when you register — the problem itself comes later, in phase 2.

Build something physical: control, perception, automation. You work on hardware and the software that drives it, on a problem a real operation actually has.

AI Agents

Software that does the work, not just the talking

Design agents that use tools, read real business data and complete a workflow end to end — with the evaluation needed to trust what they produce.

Blockchain

Verifiable records and trustless workflows

Work on smart contracts, tokenisation or distributed record-keeping where the value comes from what nobody has to take on trust.

How it works

Four phases, from signing up to graduating

This is the whole program. Nothing else is expected of you, and there is no weekly reporting — the work is the deliverable.

  1. Submit your team application and team members

    5 minutes

    Register your team on this site: the team name, your university, the track you want, and the name and email of every member. One submission per team — the team lead sends it. That is the whole application.

  2. Pick a problem and identify the pain point

    2 weeks

    Meet with different stakeholders, collect the main pain points, and trace them back to the root causes of the problem — not just the symptoms people describe first. You finish this phase with a problem worth solving, stated in the stakeholders' own words.

  3. Interview to discuss the solution

    1 week

    We sit down with the team to go through the problem you found and the solution you propose: the scope, the approach, and whether it is buildable in the time you have before you graduate.

  4. Train with the company and build the solution

    Until graduation

    You train with our engineers and build the solution alongside them, on real tooling and real reviews, all the way through to your graduation project defence.
